Reason for downtime: We are currently investigating an issue that’s preventing some users from accessing their email.
If you are having trouble with your desktop email client (such as Outlook or Mac Mail) then please try the webmail system. If you’re having trouble with webmail, please try using a desktop email client.
If neither of these solutions work for you, you should be able to access your email by logging in to Windows Remote and opening your desktop email client there.

The issue that was affecting email access on Friday was resolved before the end of the day, and email has been working normally over the weekend.
