Reason for downtime: Some staff are currently unable to access their email accounts, either by webmail or via email clients like Outlook.
If you’re are affected by this issue, you can access your email by connecting to Windows Remote and opening Microsoft Outlook within the Windows Remote session. You can also use the Outlook app on a mobile device to access your email account.
We are currently working to resolve this issue and will provide further news as soon as it’s available.
