The issue that was causing a range of symptoms in email and calendaring has now been resolved. If you continue to experience issues with deleting emails or accessing calendars, please contact the IT Service Desk.
IT Services is continuing to investigate a general performance issue, which causes Microsoft Outlook and several other applications to freeze with a wait cursor for several minutes. We’ve identified a recurrence of the issue that’s been affecting email and calendaring. This may affect your ability to move or delete emails or access calendars in Outlook, Mac Mail or webmail.
We are continuing to investigate this issue and will resolve it as soon as possible.
