Systems / Services Affected: Email - failure to deliver emails from University of Sussex accounts to Hotmail accounts
Date / time: 22 February 2018 @ 1045
Reason for downtime: We have been made aware that emails being sent from University of Sussex accounts are not being delivered to Hotmail accounts. This also has an effect on resetting University of Sussex passwords. IT Services are investigating and an update will be issued as soon as possible.

The issues have been resolved so mail can now be sent from University of Sussex accounts to Hotmail accounts.
