Intermittent issue with Windows Remote and Admin Remote (resolved)

Some users are experiencing their sessions intermittently disconnecting while using the Windows Remote and Admin Remote services.
IT Services are actively monitoring and investigating this issue and are working hard to resolve this problem.
If your connection is lost, please run the application again to reconnect. You should be able to connect to the same session without losing data. If this process fails, please contact the IT Service Desk.
We apologise for any inconvenience experienced due to this issue.

This issue was successfully resolved on Friday 2 February. We are continuing to monitor the system this week. If you experience any problems with Windows remote or Admin Remote, please contact the IT Service Desk.
