Unable to email BT Internet addresses

IT Services have been made aware of an issue which is preventing Sussex users from emailing BT Internet email addresses. Until this issue is resolved, you will receive an error message if you email any address ending in @btinternet.com from your @sussex.ac.uk address. Your email will not be delivered.
We have made BT aware and we are waiting for them to resolve the problem.
