Lecture Capture maintenance on Sunday and Monday

IT Services will be carrying out essential maintenance on the Lecture Capture service this Sunday and Monday. This will have the following effects:
On Sunday 17th, from 17:00, Lecture Capture will be put into read only mode at which point it will not be possible to use the ‘Upload Media’ feature of Study Direct. Lectures can still be recorded in teaching space but these will not be processed until the maintenance work is complete on Monday morning. Playback of resources will be unaffected.
On Monday 18th, between 07:00 and 09.30, Lecture Capture will be completely offline. During this time it will not be possible to upload media via Study Direct or playback any resources. Recordings can still be made in theatres and these will be processed once the service is brought back online around 09.30.

This work has been completed successfully and the lecture capture service is running normally.
