Intermittent authentication issue with Cognos 10

We have been made aware that a number of users are unable to access Cognos 10. This appears to be an authentication issue, so users may find they are refused access when they enter their normal login details.
Our staff are investigating and will resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Web reports are still inaccessible this afternoon. IT Services are working with our third-party supplier in order to identify and resolve the issue.
