Study Direct is currently unavailable and we're sorry for the inconvenience this is causing. We're working to restore the service to normal as quickly as we can.

Study Direct is back online and all staff and students should be able to login as normal.
We're sorry for the unscheduled interruption to service earlier. Study Direct was temporarily unable to contact its database but connections have now been restored.

There are further problems connecting to Study Direct this afternoon and we're sorry for the frustration this is causing.
We'll restore access to the service as soon as we can.

Study Direct is returning to normal after a second brief interruption to service this afternoon.
We're sorry for the inconvenience this has been causing today. Study Direct has been experiencing temporary drops in connections to its database but we're doing our best to keep the service running smoothly.

There are currently long delays on getting access to pages in Study Direct.

Study Direct is available again as normal after slow performance earlier in the day.
Study Direct is performing slowly again today with delays on logins and loading pages.
