Logins to web-based services

We've been investigating problems logging in to web-based services in the last few days. The fault has been affecting a number of websites including:
- Library account page and management system
- Box of Broadcasts (online TV and radio recording)
- login area on the Students Union website
The problems have been intermittent and services are working normally at the moment but we're sorry for the disruption they've been causing.
