System performance

Systems have continued to be extremely busy throughout the day with several instances of slow performance. Most of the interruptions lasted only for a short period of time but they were frequent, especially later this afternoon. We're sorry for the frustration they've caused and have been working hard to provide the best service we can.

As a result of the uneven performance and other more specific issues, some changes have been made to submission deadlines - please see Sussex Direct for more details.
