Webmail logins have been stable since 9.15am this morning with staff and students able to get access as normal.

There were some login problems overnight but mail programs such as Outlook and email on mobile phones, including the SussexMobile phone app, were not affected and have been working as normal. Staff have also been able to use Outlook as usual in the Windows Remote service.

A small number of students still using the old student system (see our student email page to check which service you are using) may still encounter some difficulties with access to their email but we're working to fix that as soon as we can.
