We're investigating delays and other difficulties logging on to campus PCs. We're sorry for the inconvenience these problems are causing and are working to fix it as soon as we can.

We're continuing to work to track down the cause of delays logging on to campus PCs today, Tuesday 2 February. A number of students and staff reported long delays and other issues with PC logins from around 3.00pm this afternoon.
We'll have services back to normal as soon as we can and we're sorry for the inconvenience this is causing in the meantime.

There have been no further reports of logon delays but we're continuing to monitor services and investigate the problems experienced this afternoon.
We've been looking into possible causes and working with our suppliers to address them. The work is ongoing but we'll keep this page updated with progress and, in the meantime, staff and students should be able to log on to campus PCs as normal.
We're investigating further reports of logon delays over lunchtime today, Thursday 4 February. A number of people also experienced difficulties logging on to campus PCs during the morning.
We're sorry for the frustration this is causing and are working to identify the causes of these problems as soon as we can.
