A small number of flats in Park Village are currently without wired or wi-fi connections due to a faulty fibre optic cable. Engineers are due to attend to resolve the problems and we'll endeavour to keep the disruption to a minimum.

Owing to the need for specialist equipment to diagnose the fault and make the necessary repairs, the engineers will be coming on site tomorrow, Tuesday 4 August, to deal with the faulty cables in the small number of flats in Park Village that are currently experiencing a lack of internet connectivity.

The fault has now been identified. The cabling contractors have ordered replacement equipment and will return to fix the faulty cable, hopefully later this week.

Some of the buildings in Park Village still don't have an internet connection and we're sorry if you're affected by this continued fault.
The problem has been caused by damage to some of our network cabling in one of the flats. Our contractors have ordered new equipment and will replace the damaged components as soon as they can.
The small number of flats at Park Village that have recently been experiencing problems have now had their internet access fully restored as the contractors have been able to attend and fix the broken equipment.
It has been an exceptionally long outage and we apologise for the inconvenience this will undoubtedly have caused and thank the residents for their patience.
