Several campus residences are currently without wi-fi due to a problem with some of the campus networking equipment. Residents in these buildings are unable to connect to the internet at the moment:
- Brighthelm
- East Slope
- Kent House
- Kulukundis House
- Lancaster House
- Norwich House
- Swanborough
- York House
We're working to restore access as quickly as we can and expect the service to be back to normal shortly after 10.00am.

Wi-fi access is still not available in some of the campus residences and we apologise for the disruption this is causing. Several buildings are affected:

The wi-fi in the affected areas has been offline due a fault with some of the campus networking equipment this morning and we've have been working with the manufacturers to fix it.
We're sorry for the inconvenience this is causing. Wired internet connections are still available and we'll have the wi-fi back to normal as soon as we can.
Wi-fi is returning to normal in the campus residences after a problem earlier today.

We have been working with the equipment manufacturer to restore access but we're sorry for the frustration this has been causing today. Internet connections are back online and we're working further to resolve the underlying cause.
