Sussex Direct and Summer school applications

There are problems using the financial pages in Sussex Direct this morning, Tuesday 21 April. Students are currently unable to see financial information or make online payments.
We're sorry for the inconvenience this is causing and are working to fix the problem as soon as we can.

We're still working to fix the fault which is affecting financial information and services in Sussex Direct. Students are currently unable to see financial information or make online payments. The problem has been traced to an interface with another system and we're working with the provider of that service to fix the issue as soon as possible.
The fault is also causing intermittent problems with online applications for the International Summer School which uses some of the same infrastructure.
We're sorry for the frustration this has been causing and we will have services back to normal as soon as we can.

Financial pages are now available as normal in Sussex Direct. Students are able to see financial information and make payments. Other services affected by the same issue, such as web applications for the International Summer School are also back online.
We're working with our suppliers to identify the root of these issues and make sure the problems don't recur in the future.
