Remote desktop services

There were problems connecting to the Windows Remote service over the weekend and we will be re-starting one of the servers this morning at 10.00am to clear the fault. Most users of Windows Remote will not be affected by this change as we have been diverting new logins to other servers.

We're also investigating problems with some of the remote apps used by central administration staff. Again, most users will not be affected by this issue but we're working to restore the service to full strength as soon as possible.
