Uploading E-submissions in Study Direct

We're investigating problems uploading E-submissions in Study Direct.
Students attempting to submit electronic assignments using Study Direct have experienced intermittent problems but we're investigating urgently and will fix the issue as soon as we can.

We're still working to fix the problems affecting E-submissions in Study Direct.
Some students are seeing an error message stating 503 Server Unavailable when they try to upload assignments.
This error is intermittent so if you keep trying, you will be able to upload eventually. But we apologise for the frustration this is causing and are working to fix it as soon as we can.

We've made a temporary change to resolve the problem affecting uploads of E-submissions in Study Direct. If you are trying to upload a file, you should now be able to submit it as usual.
The problems earlier this afternoon were traced to a faulty server which has been taken out of service while we work on a more permanent fix. We're sorry for the frustration this caused for students earlier today but the service should now be back to normal.
