Business Applications Disruption

Some people are having problems logging into various Business Applications. The source of the problem has been located - one of the Administrstion RDS (Remote Desktop Service) servers has become unresponsive and will be restarted. We expect normal service to be resumed in about 15 minutes.

We have not yet been able to fix the problem of some people not being able to access business applications. We are of course continuing to investigate and will provide an update as soon as we know more.

The affected server was repaired and brought back into service at around 1230, so business applications should be running normally now.
