Email delays

We're looking into a fault on the Sussex email systems which has caused a number of emails to be delayed since Thursday 13 November.
All of the delayed messages are now being delivered but we apologise for the inconvenience and confusion this has caused. We're investigating further to find the cause of the fault.
The delays affected messages in the Exchange mail system which is used by staff and researchers. Other email users, including undergraduate students and taught postgraduates were not affected.
