High Performance cluster maintenance 22 Sep

UPDATE: 22 Sep 2014 - 12:49pm

This morning's maintenance on the High Performance Computing cluster has been completed on schedule and all services are available as normal. The Univa Grid Engine software has been updated successfully. 

It was necessary to delete some jobs that were still running or queued this morning before we could start the upgrade. If you have any jobs which have not completed, please resubmit them now the upgrade is complete.
