Fraud email alert

A fraud email containing a potentially dangerous attachment was reported at a number of Universities across the UK yesterday, Wednesday 27 August.
The email sender and the content of the message varies but all of the emails start with the line Thank you for using our services! and ask recipients to check the details in an attached zip file. However, the file contains a malicious software program which will attempt to install itself when you click on the attachment.
