UPDATE: 27 Sep 2012 - 5:03pm

We have now been able to restore some of the systems affected by this afternoon's problems and the following services should now be working:

  • Sussex Direct
  • student webmail
  • Oracle web forms

It is possible that a small number of services may still be unavailable, including off-campus access to resources such as online journals.

We're working to get all services back to normal as quickly as we can and apologise for the inconvenience these problems have been causing.
