Some people are encountering error messages when using Sussex Direct this morning, Thursday 5 July. We apologise for the frustration this is causing but we're investigating the problems now and will fix the issue as soon as we can.

Sussex Direct is now working normally again and we apologise for the problems experienced by a number of users this morning.
