We're investigating problems with the payments system in Sussex Direct this afternoon.
A number of students have reported that they are unable to top up their printer credit at the moment. We apologise for the inconvenience this is causing and will fix it as soon as we can.

Payment services in Sussex Direct, such as the ability to credit your printing account, are not currently available.
This is due to a fault with the service provided to the University by another company. They are investigating the problem urgently and we are expecting an update from them soon.
We regret the inconvenience this is causing and hope to be able to restore payment services shortly.
Payment services in Sussex Direct are now available again. The facilities were re-enabled late last night after the University's service provider traced and fixed the problem.
