IT Services have entered a team consisting of 13 members into the Sussex Commit To Get Fit challenge. They have set themselves the group goals of:
Team members’ individual objectives include: doing something active; completing 3 activities per week; trying different classes from usual; trying fencing; giving-up smoking; understanding core strength and healthy food; learning a yoga headstand; entering the Boundary Run.
