Can I use Outlook to book a Zoom meeting with Host and Organiser different people?

Zoom meetings can be booked on behalf of colleagues using either Zoom or Outlook.

There are 3 main steps

  1. The Meeting Host needs to grant the Organiser privileges to allow them to book on their behalf
  2. The Meeting Organiser needs to install the Zoom App
  3. The Meeting Organiser needs to book the meeting in Outlook using the Zoom app and setting the On Behalf of to the appropriate person
