1417The GTS computer seems very slow when logging in just after I have turned it on. Why?
If the computer has been switched off overnight, then it may be receiving and installing updates. Please remain patient during this process and the PC should return to working at a normal speed after a short while.
If poor performance continues, please contact AV support (for GTS Teaching space machines only) on 8022. For cluster or office machines, please use the appropriate fault-reporting form available on the ITS homepage red Help button.
