Autumn Researcher-Led Initiative awards

We are delighted to announce that eight researcher-led initiatives have been awarded funding following the Autumn call for applications to the Researcher-Led Initiative (RLI) Fund.

The successful initiatives are:

  • Rebecca Harding; School of English for 'Failure Interdisciplinary Symposium'
  • Fatma Karaoglu; School of Mathematical and Physical Sciences for 'Summer School on Finite Geometry'
  • Katherine Kruger and Charlotte Terrell; School of English for ''Reading and its Objects' two day conference with seminar'
  • Charlotte Rae; BSMS for 'Postdocs and PhD students In Neuroimaging at Sussex (POPINS) day'
  • Fawzia Haeri Mazanderani; School of Education and Social Work for ‘Be/com/ing academic’   
  • Leanne Harris; School of Life Sciences for 'Diversity of Career Pathways in Science symposium’ 
  • Ronald Grau; School of Engineering and Informatics for 'The Postdoctoral Network: Continuing Success'   
  • Manuel Alejandro Cruz Martínez; School of Education and Social Work for 'Researching Video Games: A medium for critical academia'   

The next call for applications to the fund will open on 30th January 2017 with a deadline of 31st March 2017
