What progress has been made since the 2014/15 staff surveys?

The 2016 staff survey takes place between Tuesday 22 November and Monday 12 December.

As you begin to consider your responses to this it might be helpful to read about some of the activities that have been taking place across Sussex as part of the Staff Survey Action Plan – a list of measures drawn up in response to the 2014 staff survey, and updated following the results of 2015 interim staff survey. 

More information will be provided on the upcoming 2016 staff survey in the coming weeks. As with previous surveys, the 2016 survey will be managed on our behalf by an independent survey company, ORC International. 

All responses will remain anonymous and the University will not able to trace individual responses back to staff. ORC International is bound by the Market Research Society Code of Conduct and cannot divulge any details that would allow individual employees to be identified.
