Have you filled in the Agresso user experience survey?

Staff have just a few days left until the Agresso user experience survey closes, and there has been a good response rate so far.

The Finance division are very keen to hear from all Agresso users, even if they only log on occasionally, so please take five minutes to complete the survey and inform them of what you would like to improve.

The survey results will be used to focus the next Agresso upgrade on user-led improvements, so have your say and help create a positive change for all 2,500 Agresso users.

The anonymous survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete and will be available until midnight on Monday (27 April).

What is the survey for?

• The survey gives all 2,500 Agresso users the opportunity to help the Finance division to keep improving the system. The division are asking for your feedback now because they have a window of opportunity to make some changes when they upgrade the software.
• This is the first in a series of activities with users to identify improvements and assess their feasibility and relative priority.

What happens next?

• The results of the survey will feed into a series of user workshops, where the potential improvements will be assessed in detail. Please get in touch with the Finance division if you would like to be involved in this.
• The division will also produce a summary report to be sent to all users.

They are looking for users to join their user groups, take part in workshops and lead change in their respective areas.
