Staff survey local action plans now published

Local action plans for most schools and divisions are now available on the staff survey web pages.

Each school and division has been talking about the survey results for their own area and has been working on a local action plan.

Jane Summerville, Director of Human Resources, says: “Heads of Schools and Directors of Professional Services were invited to share good practice via these local action plans.”

Log-in is required to access the plans that are currently available. A small number of plans are being finalised and are soon to follow.

In November 2015 an interim mini survey will be conducted to find out if staff views have changed in the year since the 2014 survey. Further details of how to take part in the mini survey will be announced shortly.
