24-hour access to the IT cluster rooms in Showcross and York house will be possible using the keypad entry system. Central computing facilities such as email, web sites, Sussex Direct and Study Direct will be available as normal.

York House reception
Most of the residential areas on campus will not be staffed, York House reception will be open as normal and will have porter cover throughout the day and night for enquiries/maintenance-related fault reporting (although there will be no maintenance team on site, we will contact the on-call team for any urgent maintenance matters) The number for the porters is 01273 67 8231.
Stanmer Court
Stanmer Court reception will be open for Stanmer Court residents only. The number for the porters is 01273 67 8938.
Park Village launderette
The Park Village launderette will be open from 8am - 10pm for self-service laundry.
Campus security staff will be on duty throughout the period and the security office at York House will be staffed 24/7, and can be contacted on 01273 678234, or in an emergency 01273 873333
