New Deputy Director of Finance starts work
Sian Thomas joined the University on Monday (16 September) as Deputy Director of Finance.

She will lead all of the operational sections of the Finance division and will also be engaged in strategic work on major projects and investments.
Allan Spencer, Director of Finance, said: “Sian is an experienced chartered accountant and brings a wealth of experience from previous senior finance roles in more than ten years at the BBC and other blue-chip organisations.”
Sian replaces former Deputy Director of Finance Jenny Everitt, who left the University in June.
