Applications to Sussex up 14%

Figures released by UCAS last Friday (14 February) show that applications for undergraduate places at the University of Sussex are running at almost 12,000, up from 10,500 at this time last year.

Winter graduation ceremonies

More than 600 students, together with their friends and families, gathered at the Brighton Dome today (21 February) for the University of Sussex winter graduation ceremonies. The degrees, diplomas and certificates were conferred by the Chancellor, Lord Attenborough.

The fortnightly Bulletin is written and produced by Alison Field, Peter Simmons and Benedict Brook. We welcome any news, story ideas, letters or small ads from staff and students of the University.
