Obituary: Jo Grigg
Joanna (Jo) Grigg, a former assistant registrar in the Partnership Office, has died aged 55 after a short illness.

She passed away at home on 4 September surrounded by her family, including her three sons and her husband, former Sussex Professor Peter Childs.
Jo worked at the University for nine years (2003-2012) and was also a former student, gaining a degree in geography from Sussex in 1979 and, in 2009, achieving an MA in Creative Writing and Personal Development.
Her work colleagues have paid tribute. Adam Roberts, Acting Head of Partnerships, said: “Jo enjoyed a long connection with Sussex and it is with shock and great sadness that we have learned the news of her death.
“I and Jo’s other colleagues and friends will remember her as exceptionally creative, spiritual, extraordinarily energetic and as a kind and generous woman.”
