Cuckmere Haven looking west, taken from the cliff to the east. Notice
the vegetated
shingle on the left and middle of the picture. There are mainly Sea-kale plants
patchily distributed on the bare shingle at the top of the ridge.
Towards the middle of the picture there is well-established turf at the
bottom of the landward side of
the ridge. Notice also, the saline lagoon at the top right of the
picture.
