What could go wrong at this year's GFMD? Open Democracy publishes our blog...

Open Democracy has just published a blog by two of our communications officers - Kuda Vanyoro and Kellynn Wee, from ACMS and ARI, respectively. They are currently in Bangladesh attending the 2017 Global Forum on Migration and Development.
Kuda and Kellynn had previously attended the 2015 GFMD, and in the preparation for this year's meeting, their back and forth emails on how we could represent ourselves and our research best within the event's environment ended up in this stellar piece of rational commentary on many of the issues that surround not only this meeting, but surely others that struggle with the same issues but within different contexts.
OpenDemocracy.net is an independent global media platform. Direct from their website: their mission is to challenge power and encourage democratic debate across the world, through reporting and analysis of social and political issues.
