Fees & Income Office – Sussex House
The Fees & Income Office (comprising Cashiers, Student Accounts and Credit Control) in Sussex House is being reconfigured from Monday 6 August.
As a result of the works, which should be completed by 2 September, staff in the Fees & Income Office will be relocated during this period.
From 6 August-2 September, services are available as follows:
Cashiers
Staff who normally visit the main cashier’s office in Sussex House and students wishing to make cash payments under £500 should visit the Residential Finance Office in Bramber House, Room 211, during the hours of 10am–1pm.

Student Accounts
Students wishing to make a payment by credit or debit card can do so by telephoning 0800 849 4979 (freephone from landline numbers).
Cash payments under £500 can be made at the Residential Finance Office in Bramber House, Room 211, during the hours of 10am–1pm.
Cash payments in excess of £500 cannot be accepted. Payments in excess of £500 should be made by credit or debit card.
