Verena Erlenbusch, a DPhil student in Social and Politial Thought has received a prestigious DOC-fellowship from the Austrian Academy of Sciences for her research on A Biopolitical Investigation of Terrorism: Foucault and Beyond.

The grant is funded by the Austrian Federal Ministry of Science and Research. Its purpose is to provide funding for highly qualified doctoral students across all disciplines. The grant is for three years. Only 38 people were awarded this grant in 2009.
