An online service providing access to millions with anxiety, depression and other common mental health issues.

Our vibrant community can scale to any population, offering a proven way to get better together through peer to peer, anonymous conversation.

Moderated 24/7 by trained practitioners who keep our members safe, and facilitate the process of people helping people in an online environment.

Togetherall harnesses the protective and therapeutic effects of connectedness and healthy social networks in its unique community where people share with, and support each other. All this is done anonymously.

Clinically managed online forums where people help people. Design tool to enable the creative expression of difficult emotions.

Wide range of self-guided group and individual courses covering mental health and lifestyle topics.

Library of useful articles and resources, plus helpful tests and features to track progress.

1-1 therapy delivered via the web - appointments available 7am-11pm, via audio, instant messaging and video (available only in the UK)
