Mindfulness has been shown to provide an effective tool for honing wellbeing. These sessions simply provide an opportunity in the middle of the day to step back, sit down and find some inner grounding for ourselves. The practice is a resource for enhancing and optimsing our engagment with life at a personal and professional level.
