How CDEC’s services to students are monitored and reviewed

These findings are used to review and improve the services. Anonymous statements complementing CDEC may be used in publicity from time to time

Complaints

For a student/graduate who wishes to make a complaint about any aspect of CDEC’s services, the first point of contact is Linda Buckham, Director of CDEC – L.G.Buckham@sussex.ac.uk. If the issue remains unresolved, the next step is to refer to the University Students Complaints Procedure.
