A rare opportunity to assist in the excavation of a prehistoric waterlogged site - with on site tutoring of environmental archaeology and geoarchaeology. An opportunity to directly assist in geoarchaeological recording, palaeo-environmental sampling and the planning, sampling and recovery of prehistoric waterlogged wood and remains under expert supervision and guidance.
Includes field trip: Grade 3 (refer to field trips)
