Traditional folklore explained the landscape, protected against evil and bound communities and folklore is still invented today - Brighton's 'Burning the Clocks' festival, for example. This course discusses the human need for 'lore and order.'  

Includes 4 field trip (Grade 1-2 refer to field trips), car ownership or car access essential:

16 May, Ditchling & Rottingdean
6 June, Devil's Dyke
13 June, The Long Man of Wilmington.
