An Introduction to Field Archaeology

Taking you from theory to archaeology in the field, a day of site visits is followed by three days where surveying and excavation techniques are taught. Suitable for beginners. The first session will meet at the Falmer Campus for a brief introductory classroom session followed by a site visit to a location in Sussex. Subsequent sessions will meet at Barcombe.
