We are pleased to introduce our Hospitality and Beverages menus, which we hope you find appetising!

Ordering your catering couldn’t be easier!
Step 1. Let us know your dates and preferred delivery time as soon as possible, by emailing the Catering Services email address – cateringservices@sussex.ac.uk.
Step 2. Using the Hospitality ordering form below, please email us your catering requirements no later than 5 working days before your event.
So we can deliver the best customer service to you, please provide us with the following details:
- Your name or a contact name, during the event
- The title of the event
- The date of the event
- The time of the event
- The location of the event (including the building name and room number/name)
- The number of attendees/visitors/delegates
- The Agresso Code or for external customers, please provide us with full contact name, address, telephone number and email address.
Step 3. You will receive an email confirmation from the Catering Services team, to say that your order has been received.
Step 4. Enjoy your event and we look forward to hearing from you with any feedback you may have.
Delivery and Collections
Your order is delivered free of charge and we can deliver to your desk, the venue for your meeting or a social space. Kindly note, for catering in general teaching space, you are required to obtain permission from the School Premises Assistant.
Out of courtesy to your colleagues, please ensure that the area you are using for your event and catering is left clean and tidy and equipment is placed in the delivery crates, ready for collection.
