A fully-funded leadership training programme for 30 students (undergraduates or taught programme postgraduates).
The Careers and Employability Centre has teamed up with international management consultancy, Clemorton, to offer students the chance to:
The 10 day programme uses a mixture of group and individual exercises, role play and experiential learning. Topics will include team working, decision making and understanding change management. Participants will receive personal coaching, support and feedback, as well as the opportunity to meet academic leaders and alumni.
