Getting Careers Advice
Careers Advisers are here every weekday during term-time:
Monday: 11am to 5pm
Tuesday: 10am to 5pm
Wednesday: 11am to 7pm
Thursday: 10am to 5pm
Friday: 10am to 4pm
There is a mixture of drop-in and bookable appointments. Telephone us on 01273 678429 to make a booking, or turn up on the day between 11am-1pm for a drop-in. Bookable appointments are from 1pm onwards every weekday, and from 10am-11am on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
During the summer vacation 2013, advisers will be available between 11am-1pm for drop-ins and 1-3pm for bookable appointments.
Careers advice online
If you are a current Sussex student or recent Sussex graduate you can get careers advice using our careers advice online system. If you can come to a drop-in session it's always good to have a face-to-face discussion. However, this is not always convenient, so feel free to use our online system, particularly if:
- You are heavily timetabled
- You have work commitments
- You have graduated and left Brighton
Use our careers advice online page to ask any careers-related question (or attach your CV or covering letters for feedback) and a qualified Careers Adviser will reply to you within five working days. Please don't email us directly.
