What's CareerHub and how do I use it?

CareerHub is our online system where you can search for jobs, view and book onto events, ask us questions and book careers advice appointments. Current students can log into CareerHub using your ITS username and password.

Your student CareerHub account closes when your course ends (end of June for undergraduates). Your graduate account opens automatically, and you will receive login instructions to your personal email address, as you will lose access to your Sussex email shortly after.

Your username will generally be your old Sussex username, but you will need to create a new password within 3 days of receiving the email.

If you did not receive the email, or have a new personal email address, contact or call 01273 678429 to gain access.

How do I write a good CV?

Read our information on writing CVs to get started and then come along to one of our CV workshops where you can have your CV reviewed. You can also get it reviewed by either sending it to us via Ask a Question or booking an appointment.

How can I make an appointment?

Can't find the information you need on our website and want to talk someone in person? You can make an appointment with a Careers Consultant via CareerHub. We have two types of appointments; book in advance and book on the day. During busy periods, book on the day appointments are the quickest way to see someone. These appointments open for bookings in CareerHub from 9am each weekday.
